On 9 June 2021, the Sant’Agostino auction house will hold an important watch auction, divided into two sessions scheduled for 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

A vast selection divided into more than 200 wrist, pocket and table watches from different eras.

From the finely engraved lantern clock of the early 19th century; to the splendid Rolex “Monoblocco” model, ref. 3525, year 1945, the maison's first chronograph watch produced with the "Oyster" case, equipped with a water-resistant screw-down back and crown.

Sports enthusiasts include the splendid Rolex Sea-Dweller, with a steel case equipped with a helium escape valve at 9 o'clock and a one-way rotating ceramic bezel; self-winding movement cal. 3235.

Or the Rolex “Daytona”, ref. 116523, year 2010, with the rare "Racing Blue" dial with applied luminescent Arabic numerals.

Top lot of the auction the superb Zenith “El Primero Striking 10 th PIECE UNIQUE” ref. 40.2042.4052 \ 67, year 2011: unique piece in platinum, made specifically for a refined; or the Audemars Piguet in platinum model “Huitième Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Platinum”, ref. 25696PT of 1992.

There is also a refined selection of pocket watches such as a skeletonized IWC with decorative diamonds and a Patek Chronometro Gondolo in yellow gold.

Many other maison present: from Cartier, to Bulgari to Patek Philippe, Vacheron, Vulcain; Tudor: an auction that we are sure will satisfy the tastes of the most cultured collectors.

A highly prized watch, a "milestone" within the legendary Rolex chronograph legacy, the 3525 was launched in 1939 and remained in production for less than 10 years. It was produced in yellow gold, rose gold, stainless steel, in combination stainless steel and yellow gold,
It was Rolex's first chronograph wristwatch with an Oyster case, equipped with a water-resistant screw back together with a screw-down winding crown. The specimen proposed here is one of the latest products and is recognizable by the serial placed between the lugs.
